La Padula leaves behind a track record spanning 23 years, during which he was instrumental in scaling the workplace solutions arm. According to Mary Callahan Erdoes, CEO of J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, La Padula doubled both assets and participants within the division over the past three years. His transition to the IRS marks the end of a long tenure that included significant expansion of the bank's lending franchise.
