First Baptist Christian School and Island Primary A lead the Zone A girls' bracket, while St Ignatius Catholic and Sir John A Cumber Primary advance from Zone B. The boys' competition proved tighter, with East End Primary and Prospect Primary securing semi-final spots in Zone A via superior net run calculations after finishing in a three-way tie. In Zone B, Cayman Prep A completed an undefeated run, joined by St Ignatius Catholic, who also advanced on net run rates.
Semi-final matches commence today, 16 June, and continue 17 June at Annex Field, with boys’ play beginning at 9:30am followed by the girls at 11:30am. The tournament concludes with finals and third-place playoffs at Smith Road Oval, starting at 9am. The event is a collaborative effort between the Department of Education Services, the Department of Sports, and the Cayman Cricket Association, with sponsorship provided by the Caribbean Utilities Company.
