BaoY Van Cong

Bao-Y Van Cong is a Partner at Target Global, a venture capital firm that invests in European and Israeli tech companies. She focuses on Series B and C investments and has been involved in investments in Zoovu and McMakler. Prior to joining Target Global, Bao-Y worked for Morgan Stanley's mergers and acquisitions team in London and Sydney, advising on deals in the TMT, financial institutions, and industrial sectors. Bao-Y started her career in Germany at Postbank and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Frankfurt Business School and an M.Sc. in Finance from Imperial College London.
