Julia Bijaoui
Julia Bijaoui is a French entrepreneur who has made a name for herself in the food delivery industry. She received an excellent education at HEC Paris and gained experience as a business developer with JolieBox and the Strategy and Operating manager for Birchbox. It was during her time at Birchbox that she met Quentin Vacher, and together they founded Frichti in 2015. Frichti is an app that provides high-quality, homemade food that is both healthy and convenient.
Frichti, headquartered in Paris, has secured over €43 million and handles everything from cooking to order to delivery. In 2018, they launched the SUPER Market, which allows customers to shop for fresh products from local farmers and craftsmen. Julia's leadership and vision have been instrumental in Frichti's growth, and in 2019 she became the first woman to run a Next 40 company, a list of the 40 most promising French start-ups and companies.
In 2020, Frichti launched Cantine 2.0, a new, digital, seamless way to enjoy good food at the office, further cementing Frichti's position as a leader in the food delivery industry. Julia's success with Frichti is impressive, as she has transformed an idea born out of frustration into a thriving business that has made healthy, homemade food more accessible than ever before. Her entrepreneurial journey is an inspiration to anyone looking to turn their passion into a successful business venture.
