Lisa Carter

Meet Lisa Carter, a successful entrepreneur and the founder of Discussion Box and Nikao jewellery brand. Lisa's journey started with her love for designing beautiful and well-crafted products, which led her to become a self-taught jewellery designer. In 2016, she launched her fashion jewellery brand, Nikao, at London Fashion Week, and since then, her jewellery has been worn by many famous celebrities and has been featured in top fashion publications.

Discussion Box generated over €1.3 million in its first year of trading, and Lisa is the only black woman-owned and run business in the industry.
