Doug McMillon
Carl Douglas McMillon, known as Doug McMillon, is an American businessman who is currently serving as the president and chief executive officer (CEO) ofWalmartInc. He was born on October 17, 1966, in Memphis, Tennessee, and grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. McMillon joined Walmart as a summer associate while still in high school and went on to become the company's fifth CEO in 2014.
McMillon's career at Walmart spans several decades.After completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Arkansas, he joined the company full-timeand quickly rose through the ranks. He worked in various roles, including as a buyer and merchandiser, gaining experience in different departments and areas of the business.
