Jo Wagstaff is an author and speaker who is committed to educating others to lead with honesty and purpose. Jo had an extremely successful corporate career in the financial services business, with remarkable accomplishments and senior positions. By the age of 30, she had already risen to the top ranks of Colonial First State (CFS), Australia's leading asset management firm. She managed a staff of more than 150 people and a $40 million budget across several departments, including Brand, Marketing, Product, and Client Services.

However, experiencing burnout and personal challenges motivated Jo to start on a transforming path. This journey, from corporate success to purpose-driven entrepreneurship, inspires her passion for guiding people towards authentic leadership and personal happiness.
