Dylan Chiam Tat Seng
Dylan Chiam Tat Seng is a legal professional currently serving as the Legal Director at MRANTI since August 2024. Prior to this, he worked at TMF Group in Kuala Lumpur for two and a half years, holding roles such as Regional Senior Legal Counsel & Data Protection Officer for Singapore, Malaysia, and Australasia, and Regional Legal Counsel & Country Privacy Lead for Malaysia.
From August 2021 to March 2022, Dylan was a Legal Specialist at Maxis. He also served as the Assistant Director for Group Legal at EY from December 2018 to August 2021. Before his tenure at EY, he was a Senior Legal Associate at Zul Rafique & Partners from December 2015 to December 2018. He began his legal career as a Legal Associate at Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh from December 2012 to December 2015 and completed his pupillage at Zul Rafique & Partners from November 2011 to December 2012. Dylan's earliest role was as a Legal Executive at Tan Chong Group from November 2010 to November 2011.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Northumbria University (2007-2009) and a Certificate in Legal Practice from Brickfields Asia College (2010-2011). He completed his O-Levels at Victoria Institution from 2000 to 2004.
