Murthy Siva Satya Srinivasa Chavali Yadav
Prof. Dr. Murthy Siva Satya Srinivasa Chavali Yadav is a distinguished academic and researcher in the fields of chemistry, nanotechnology, and analytical chemistry. With an extensive career spanning over 25 years in research and 22 years in teaching, he has held numerous prestigious positions in academia both in India and internationally. He is currently serving as the Dean of Research and Development (R&D) and a Senior Professor at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune. He has also been an Executive Council Member for five universities in India and a Visiting Professor at 15 universities and institutes abroad.
Murthy obtained his B.Sc. in Chemistry from Nagarjuna University, M.Sc. (Tech) in Chemistry from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Technische Universität Wien, Austria. He has held postdoctoral positions at Kobe University, Japan, and has worked at several renowned research institutions, including the Precision Instrument Development Centre (PIDC) and the Instrument Technology Research Centre (ITRC) in Taiwan.
His research interests focus on the synthesis and fabrication of nanostructured materials, composites, and nanosensor array technology, with broad applications in gas and liquid sensing. He has contributed significantly to the academic community with over 241 journal publications, 180 conference presentations, 58 book chapters, and 8 patents. He also serves as an editor, chief editor, and advisory board member for numerous scientific journals.
