Bruce Dell is an inventor and entrepreneur established two technology companies with a combined valuation of over $120 million and employs more than 100 people across these ventures.

He is the founder and CEO of Axiom Holographics, a company specialising in hologram technology and 3D projection systems.

The company develops advanced holographic hardware, such as rooms, tables, arcade machines, and stage displays. Its technology serves diverse sectors including education, defence, tourism, and retail. Axiom enables collaborative 3D visualisation beyond traditional VR limitations.

Axiom Holographics serves clients such as Bentley, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, and Hong Kong Airport. It also operates Holoverse, a chain of entertainment centres offering holographic games and experiences for families.

At Axiom Holographics, Dell’s work focuses on making 3D and holographic technologies more accessible and practical without the need for high-end computing systems. A key advantage of his technology is that it allows multiple people to view and interact with 3D holograms collaboratively, unlike VR headsets, which isolate users.

His work also includes several inventions and patents, most notably the unlimited detail algorithm, which allows highly efficient processing of 3D data. This algorithm is used by organisations such as Leica, the French railway system, and the Tokyo traffic authority. Bruce also had a leadership role at Euclideon Pty Ltd until 2019.
