Joanna Moczadlo is a dual-qualified lawyer, authorised to practise in both the UK and the US. She has a strong cross-border legal practice covering corporate and commercial law, data privacy and information governance, technology and AI, and public sector matters. Joanna is a Partner at Ballantines LLP, where she leads the team focusing on corporate, commercial, data privacy, andtechnology. She advises clients on complex legal and regulatory issues across different sectors.
Alongside her legal work, Joanna is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Dream Homes Investment, an international real estate consultancy. The company helps global investors build property portfolios using PropTech and AI tools. They offer full support services, including development due diligence, investment planning, tax structuring, citizenship, visas, company setup, and relocation assistance.
Joanna is known for her expertise in data privacy. She has worked on global governance systems for multinational companies, advised on international data transfers, privacy impact assessments, and represented organisations before regulators like the UK Information Commissioner’s Office and other European authorities.
