Oana Andreea Jinga
Oana Andreea Jinga is a technology leader with extensive experience in logistics, automation, robotics, and AI. She is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial and Product Officer at Dexory, a company focused on improving warehouse operations through digital twin technology and autonomous robots. At Dexory, Oana leads product development and commercial strategy, ensuring real-time monitoring and insights into supply chain processes. The platform uses autonomous robots combined with data visualisation tools to track, measure, and locate goods at every stage in a warehouse. Dexory has case studies available showcasing their technology in action.
Before Dexory, Oana co-founded BotsAndUs, where she spent eight years developing technology solutions. She also worked at Google for over six years, holding roles including Strategic Partnerships Manager for EMEA and Retail Partnerships Manager in the UK. AtGoogle, she managed cross-sector partnerships across retail and helped launch major hardware products such as the Google Pixel, Google Home, and Nest. Her work strengthened strategic collaborations and improved retail operations through technology. Additionally, she was the UK Co-Lead of Xoogler.co, a community for Google alumni and current employees to support startups, involving over 25,000 members including founders, investors, and mentors.
Oana’s earlier career includes roles at O2 (Telefónica UK) as Business Development Manager, Commercial Marketing Manager, and Customer Loyalty and Retention Manager, where she developed products, partnerships, and loyalty programmes. She also worked in marketing and public relations roles at Netcall Plc and The PHA Group. She initiated a project to introduce 3D printing of phone cases in O2 stores to give customers hands-on experience with technology.
Her education includes executive programmes at LSE, Yale School of Management, and Wharton School. She holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM, an MA in Cultural & Creative Industries fromKing’s College London, and a BA in Media and Communication from Birmingham City University. She also studied Communications and Public Relations at the University of Bucharest.
Oana has volunteered with the World Organisation of the Scout Movement, serving as President of the Panaitescu Scout Group in Bucharest, managing activities for over 100 children and developing leadership skills early in her career.
