David Heinemeier Hansson, widely known as DHH, is the co-founder and chief technology officer of 37signals and the creator of the influential open-source web framework Ruby on Rails. In 2026, he oversaw the release of Basecamp Five and continued to lead the development of tools like Omarchy and the ONCE software suite.
