Numantec, which specializes in healthcare products and drug-delivery devices, maintains a workforce of 600 employees and operates seven manufacturing sites spanning Europe and the United States. White Bridge Investment originally assembled the company through a series of tactical acquisitions following its initial 2021 investment in Delta Med, a manufacturer of vascular access devices.
The deal positions the firm for further international scaling. Plans under the new ownership involve deepening the company's footprint in Europe and aggressively expanding within the U.S. market, building on the momentum established last year through the acquisition of Health Line International. JPMorgan served as the financial adviser to White Bridge, while Goldman Sachs International advised its own private equity arm throughout the negotiations. The transaction is slated to close in the fourth quarter.
