Jon R. Moeller

Jon R. Moeller (born June 11, 1964) is an American businessman and the current Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer ofProcter & Gamble (P&G).He joined P&G on September 1, 1988, and has held various leadership roles throughout his career with the company.

Moeller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology fromCornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 1986. He later received an M.B.A. from Cornell University in 1988. After joining P&G, he quickly rose through the ranks andwas appointed Vice President in 2007. He also served as the company's treasurer from 2007 to December 2008.

In January 2009, Moeller assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, a position he held for more than 12 years. During his tenure, he led P&G's Finance & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Investor Relations functions. He also played a key role in major merger and acquisition operations, including the acquisition of Merck KGaA and the divestitures of P&G's coffee, snacks, pharmaceuticals, battery, and prestige beauty businesses.

Prior to becoming CEO,Moeller served as P&G's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing profit/loss responsibility for P&G's Enterprise Markets, which encompassed Latin America, India, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. He also led various other departments within the company, including Investor Relations, Information Technology, Global Business Services, Sales, Market Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

Moeller is actively involved in several boards and organizations, including the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, the Business Roundtable, the Consumer Goods Forum, and Isle of Harris Distillers Ltd. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Monsanto for eight years, where he chaired the Audit Committee. He also serves as a trustee of the Cincinnati Art Museum and holds advisory roles on local boards in Greater Cincinnati.

With his extensive experience and leadership, Moeller has been instrumental in driving P&G's growth and value creation. He assumed the role of CEO on November 1, 2021, succeeding David S. Taylor.
