Carles Sola-Vila

Carles Solà-Vila is the CEO and Co-Founder ofArtdott, a company based in Hong Kong and London that specialises in blending digital transformation with the art world. Since co-founding Artdott in January 2023, Carles has focused on curating immersive, emotionally engaging experiences that help brands connect authentically with Gen Z. The company’s services include phygital events, community building throughdata-driven insights, and integration of spatial computing and AI to create interactive digital experiences.

Before Artdott, Carles worked for renowned companies like Ralph Lauren, Burberry, and Inditex, gaining over 20 years of experience in the fashion, luxury, and digital transformation sectors. At Ralph Lauren, he served as Senior Director for Quality & Global ME, driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and supplier strategy. Prior to that, he worked at Burberry, leading digital transformation efforts to engage millennial and Gen Z consumers, and managed cross-functional teams in product development and supply chain operations.

Carles’ career started at Mango, where he was responsible for managing a €400 million budget and overseeing the production of 80 million garments annually. His leadership in supply chain management led to significant improvements in quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Carles holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Operations Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and completed an executive education course in Corporate Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Throughout his career, Carles has demonstrated a strong commitment to integrating technology with traditional industries, driving innovation, and fostering community engagement. He is passionate about using cutting-edge technologies to transform traditional spaces into dynamic environments that enrich human experiences.
