Chris Bennett

Chris Bennett is a specialist in financial and business strategies, and property and asset management. He brings a rich experience as a chartered accountant to the table.

Trained as a Chartered Accountant under the ICAEW programme by PwC while being at the company he has worked for firms like Schlumberger, Level 3 Communications and at DTZ in the Property and Asset Management division.

He is the co-founder and Managing Director of EVORA Global, a leading sustainable real asset investment and finance consultancy with its own ESG software, SIERA.ESG, SIERA, is designed specifically for the real estate market. It enables its clients to make investment decisions regarding climate change and sustainability. EVORA’s other services include Climate resilience, data intelligence, smart buildings, reporting, infrastructure, green finance, and social wellbeing.

Its clients include the likes of M&G, Invesco Real Estate and Hines. EVORA Global won The ONE Award for Collaboration at the RARAs – the Reward and Recognition Awards by Liverpool ONE.
