Oleg Kurchenko

Oleg Kurchenko is a serial tech entrepreneur, investor, and business leader in the blockchain industry. He is the Founder and CEO of Binaryx, a platform for tokenisingreal estateassets usingblockchain technologiesand DeFi instruments.

Binaryx operates as a Real-World Asset (RWA) ecosystem, enabling investors to makereal estate investmentsmore flexible and assisting developers and agencies in tokenising their properties. Established in the beginning of 2023 Binaryx introduces standardisation in asset tokenisation. The company aims to modernise the real estate industry by combining traditional property markets with simple andinnovative digital tools.

Oleg started his entrepreneurial career in 2012 when he founded his first software development company. In 2016, he also created a mining farm and a team of traders and developed trading robots. In 2016, Oleg co-founded Paytion, a financial services company and one of the first Telegram-based crypto neo-banks.

As an investor, Oleg has been a part of VYMEX, a company that helps small and medium businesses streamline operations and supports new entrepreneurs with practical tools to build their businesses. Oleg has also served on the Investor and Management Board of Genius.Space, overseeing the development of a Learning Management System (LMS) used by over one million users.

In 2022, Oleg took on the role of Managing Partner atUnchain Fund, a blockchain-based initiative set up to aid Ukraine during its crisis. Through cryptocurrency donations, the fund supported relief efforts. Previously, Oleg also co-founded YouDigital.io, a full-service performance digital marketing agency delivering significant ROI for eCommerce retailers. Oleg has studied Software Engineering of Automated Systems at Kyiv National University (KNU).
